Hey, man. Been a while. Glad to see you stuck to making music - it was obvious during the Mike's Mob days that you had a severe case of the rockin' pneumonia and the boogie woogie flu. Ordered the CD and looking forward to hearing what you've been up to. Was sorry to hear of Bob Taft's passing. Carry on with Godspeed.

Dear Mike:

I have been meaning to reach out to you and tell you how much I enjoy your music and the album. It is now Saturday morning and I dragged myself into the office to get some work done. I am old school and still play CD's whereas most of my peers are using the Ipod. I have a boom box and CD collection that lives at my desk.

I really find your music to be inspiring and soothing to my weary soul
when I am feeling down. I also listen to it when I am feeling up as well. But its seems to be the CD I lean on when I really need a pick me up. It's a great album that you can listen to from beginning to end, unlike many albums today that are slapped together with the hope that someone will just download one song.

Keep up the great work and thanks again for making great music. Keep
it up, brother!

Best,

Frankie May

Mike and I met each other in late 2001 while I was working for the company selling entertainment equipment that his company installed, and we immediately hit it off because of our songwriting connection. I've had the opportunity to hear Mike live only a couple of times, but he is truly one of the undiscovered gems of Americana working today. His new album, "Live Out Loud" is getting airplay in several places, and deservedly so. I hope that the "right people" take notice of what Mike does and help him get to the next level...he deserves it! Thanks for the tunes, Mike! Hang in there!

Mike I listen to the demo's and as soon as I heard the song Turning in to Tony I started to laugh about Grandpop going to the ponies. Grandpop would drive Grandmom crazy when they came to Florida and he would sneak off to the Dog Track. Love it!!!!

Uncle Mike your music is really amazing and Jessica loves that you played the trumpet before because she plays that now. She is in the school musical this year singing and she has an amazing voice. She was very interested in ready your entire Bio and said Wow Uncle Mike has done alot. I just thought you should know how much we love the music and how you opened my 13 years olds eye to how cool Uncle Mike is.

Wishing you nothing but the best.

Love, Your Niece Heather
